Effective Date: April 23, 2025

This Reimbursement Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which the upfront setup fee paid by real estate professionals (collectively referred to as “Partners”) under the Edge, Associate, or Broker Plans will be reimbursed.

1️⃣ Reimbursement Eligibility

Upon the Partner’s first successful closing of a real estate transaction directly resulting from a Qualified Prospect introduction provided by Lead Trade Network LLC, the entire upfront setup fee associated with their selected plan (Edge, Associate, or Broker) will be fully reimbursed.

2️⃣ Terms of Reimbursement

• One-Time Benefit: The reimbursement is a one-time incentive applying only to the initial closing resulting from a connection sourced through Lead Trade Network LLC.

• Full Amount: The reimbursement applies to the full initial setup fee specific to the selected plan tier at the time of registration.

• Validation: Reimbursement is processed after confirmation of the first closing. Partners must provide appropriate evidence (e.g., a redacted settlement statement or commission confirmation) to validate the transaction.

3️⃣ Post-Reimbursement Terms

Following the successful reimbursement of the setup fee:

• Continuous Access: The Partner continues to receive Qualified Prospect introductions at no additional monthly subscription cost.

• Performance-Based Model: No recurring infrastructure or connection costs are charged thereafter.

• Referral Fee: The Partner agrees to pay only the performance-based referral fee specified in their chosen plan for each subsequent closing resulting from introductions provided by Lead Trade Network LLC.

• Flexibility: No long-term contracts or cancellation fees are required to remain in the network.

4️⃣ Conditions

• Source Validation: Reimbursement applies strictly to transactions resulting from Qualified Prospects provided by Lead Trade Network LLC.

• Independent Leads: Any transactions closed from prospects sourced independently by the Partner are not eligible for the setup fee reimbursement.

• Final Authority: In cases of dispute or clarification, all final decisions regarding reimbursement eligibility made by Lead Trade Network LLC are binding.

By registering with Lead Trade Network LLC and selecting a plan, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Reimbursement Policy. This policy ensures a results-driven relationship where your success is our primary objective.
