Lead Trade Network | Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 26, 2025

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions under which a refund of the initial setup fee may be issued to real estate professionals who have entered into a Partnership Agreement with Lead Trade Network LLC. This Policy is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of the execution of the Partnership Agreement.

1️⃣ Refund Eligibility

Refunds of the initial setup fee will only be considered under the following service-standard circumstances:

  • Failure to Deliver Service: If Lead Trade Network LLC does not provide any Qualified Prospect introductions to the partner within 90 days of agreement execution.

  • Pre-Existing Relationship Conflicts: If a Prospect provided is already under a signed representation agreement or in an active, documented relationship with the partner.

  • Non-Responsive or Unvalidated Prospects: If the Prospect is completely unresponsive to outreach for a period of 10 consecutive working days, or is located outside the partner’s defined exclusive service area.

  • Intent Refusal: If the Prospect explicitly declines to engage in any buying or selling activities for a period exceeding 90 days from the initial assignment.

2️⃣ Request Process

A written refund request must be submitted to support@leadtradenetwork.com including:

  • A detailed explanation for the refund request.

  • Supporting documentation (such as screenshots, call logs, or email correspondence).

Lead Trade Network LLC will verify the claim through our internal tracking systems. If approved, the setup fee will be fully refunded within 14 business days.

3️⃣ Reporting Timeline

All concerns regarding the validity of a Qualified Prospect must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the introduction. Reporting after this window may render the specific connection ineligible as a basis for a refund claim.

4️⃣ Policy Limitations

  • This policy applies exclusively to the initial setup fee.

  • No refunds will be issued for performance-based referral fees once a real estate closing has been completed.

  • Any requests submitted after the 90-day window from the partnership agreement date will not be eligible for a refund.
