Refund Policy

Lead Trade Network LLC

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions under which a refund of the sign-up fee may be issued to real estate agents and brokers who have entered into a Referral Agreement with Lead Trade Network.

This Policy is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of the execution of the Referral Agreement.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

a. Failure to Deliver Leads

If Lead Trade Network does not provide any referral leads to the agent/broker within 30 days of agreement execution.

b. Non-Exclusive Leads

If any lead provided is found to be shared with multiple agents or brokers, violating our 100% exclusivity guarantee.

c. Pre-Existing Client Conflicts

If a lead provided is already under contract or in an active relationship with the receiving agent/broker.

d. Non-Responsive or Unqualified Leads

If the lead is:

  • Completely unresponsive for a period of 10 consecutive working days, or
  • Deemed unqualified or outside the agent’s preferred service area, despite pre-defined filters.

e. Lead Refusal to Transact

If the lead explicitly declines to engage in any buying/selling activities for a period exceeding 90 days from assignment.

2. Information We Collect

  • A written request must be sent to support@leadtradenetwork.com with:

  The reason for refund.
  Supporting documentation (screenshots, call logs, emails, etc.)

  • Lead Trade Network will verify the claim.
  • If validated, the sign-up fee will be fully refunded within 14 business days from approval.

3. Reporting Timeline

All refund-related concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the lead in question.
Delayed reporting will render the lead satisfactory and ineligible for refund or replacement.

4. Limitations

  • This policy only covers the initial sign-up fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for referral fees or closings already completed.
  • Any request after the 90-day window from the agreement date will not be eligible.
