Lead Trade Network | Prospect Replacement Policy

Effective Date: April 15, 2025

This Prospect Replacement Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions under which a Partner (real estate agent or broker) is eligible to request a replacement for a connection provided by Lead Trade Network LLC, regardless of their selected service plan.

1️⃣ Replacement Eligibility

Partners are eligible for a one-to-one replacement under the following professional standard:

  • The 3-Connection Cycle: If three (3) Qualified Prospects are provided to the Partner within a month, and the Partner confirms that at least two (2) connections are valid and engaged, but one (1) prospect is unresponsive, irrelevant, or fails our verification standards, the Partner is eligible to request a replacement for that specific connection.

2️⃣ Applicability Across All Plans

This policy applies to all partnership tiers offered by Lead Trade Network, including:

  • Edge Plan

  • Associate Plan

  • Broker Plan

There is no limitation on the plan tier regarding eligibility for a replacement connection.

3️⃣ Replacement Request Procedure

To initiate a replacement request, the Partner must follow these steps:

  1. Email: Contact support@leadtradenetwork.com within 7 business days of identifying the issue.

  2. Required Details: Include the Prospect’s name, a brief explanation of the concern (e.g., disconnected number or out-of-area), and confirmation that the other connections in the cycle have been satisfactory.

  3. Delivery: Once verified, a replacement Prospect will be issued within 5–7 business days, matching the Partner’s preferred criteria and exclusive territory.

4️⃣ Policy Guidelines

  • Cycle Limit: Only one connection per three-prospect cycle is eligible for replacement to ensure a balanced and high-velocity pipeline.

  • Verification: Lead Trade Network LLC reserves the right to verify communication history and contact attempts before approving the replacement.

  • Professional Standards: Intentional misuse of the replacement policy may result in a review or termination of the partnership to protect the integrity of the network.
