Effective Date: March 22, 2025

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Lead Trade Network LLC, a real estate referral and infrastructure company (“Company”), and the undersigned real estate professional or brokerage (“Recipient” or “Partner”), collectively referred to as the “Parties,” for the purpose of protecting confidential information shared during the course of business.

1️⃣ Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to protect the Partner’s private and professional information, which may include but is not limited to: contact details, real estate license credentials, marketing strategies, client information, performance metrics, and any proprietary business data shared with Lead Trade Network LLC.

2️⃣ Confidentiality Obligations

Lead Trade Network LLC agrees to:

• Proprietary Treatment: Treat all Partner information as strictly confidential and proprietary.

• Non-Disclosure: Not disclose, share, sell, or distribute any of the Partner’s contact details, personal or professional credentials, or business data to any third party, including other agents, vendors, or entities within or outside the Lead Trade Network LLC system.

• Exclusive Use: Not use the Partner’s personal or business information for any purpose other than the fulfillment of the Partnership Agreement and internal CRM/servicing requirements.

3️⃣ Industry Protection Standards

The Company acknowledges the sensitivity of professional credentials in the real estate industry. To prevent unauthorized communication or disruption to the Partner’s business, Lead Trade Network LLC enforces strict internal controls to ensure that no Partner’s identity or details are misused by other network members, partners, or internal representatives.

4️⃣ Term

This Agreement will remain in effect:

• For the duration of the professional business relationship.

• For a period of two (2) years following the termination of services or partnership.

5️⃣ Remedies

Any breach of this Agreement by the Company will entitle the Partner to:

• Seek immediate legal remedy, including cease-and-desist orders.

• Claim damages and compensation for any documented harm caused by the breach.

• Terminate the partnership immediately with no further liability.

6️⃣ Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.

7️⃣ Signatures & Attestation

By utilizing our services and checking the “I Agree” box during onboarding, both parties agree to the terms of this Non-Disclosure Agreement.
