Lead Replacement Policy

Effective Date: 4/15/2025
This Lead Replacement Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions under which a Partner (real estate agent or broker) is eligible to request a replacement for a lead provided by Lead Trade Network, regardless of their selected service plan.
1. Replacement Eligibility
Partners are eligible for a one-to-one lead replacement under the following condition:
- If three (3) leads are provided to the Partner within a month, and the Partner confirms that at least two (2) leads are valid and engaged, but one (1) lead is unresponsive, irrelevant, or otherwise deemed bogus, then the Partner is fully eligible to request a replacement for that specific lead.
2. Applicability Across All Plans
This policy applies to all plans offered by Lead Trade Network, including:
- Edge Plan
- Associate Plan
- Broker Plan
There is no limitation on the plan tier when it comes to qualifying for lead replacement.
3. Replacement Request Procedure
To initiate a lead replacement request, the Partner must:
1- Email support@leadtradenetwork.com within 7 business days of identifying the issue.
2- Include:
- To opt-out: Reply “STOP” to any message.
- A brief explanation of the concern (e.g., unresponsive, invalid number, out-of-area).
- Confirmation that the other two leads have been satisfactory.
Once verified, a replacement lead will be issued within 5–7 business days, matching the Partner’s preferred criteria and location.
4. Important Notes
- Only one lead per three-lead cycle is eligible for replacement.
Lead Trade Network reserves the right to verify the lead’s performance and communication history before approving the replacement.
Abuse of the lead replacement policy may result in suspension or termination of services.
