Reimbursement Policy

This Reimbursement Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which the upfront sign-up fee paid by real estate professionals (collectively referred to as “Partners”) under the Edge, Associate, or Broker Plans will be reimbursed.
1. Reimbursement Eligibility
Upon the Partner’s first successful closing of a real estate transaction directly resulting from a lead provided by Lead Trade Network, the entire upfront fee associated with their selected plan (Edge, Associate, or Broker) will be fully reimbursed.
2. Terms of Reimbursement
The reimbursement is one-time and applies only to the initial closing resulting from a qualified lead sourced through Lead Trade Network.
The reimbursement applies to the full sign-up fee specific to the selected plan tier at the time of registration.
The reimbursement is processed after confirmation of the first closing, which must be documented and validated by Lead Trade Network through appropriate evidence (e.g., signed closing documents or commission confirmation).
3. Post-Reimbursement Terms
Following reimbursement:
The Partner continues to receive 100% exclusive leads at no additional cost.
No recurring subscription or lead cost is charged thereafter.
The Partner agrees to pay only the referral fee specified in their chosen plan on each subsequent closing resulting from leads provided by Lead Trade Network.
No long-term contract or cancellation fee is required.
4. Conditions
The reimbursement applies strictly to closings from leads provided by Lead Trade Network.
Any leads closed outside the network or sourced independently by the Partner are not eligible for reimbursement qualification.
In case of dispute or clarification, all decisions made by Lead Trade Network will be considered final and binding.

By registering with Lead Trade Network and selecting a plan, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Reimbursement Policy. This policy ensures transparency and a results-driven relationship where your success unlocks greater access to cost-free lead generation and support.
