Lead Trade Network LLC operates as a real estate referral network, connecting licensed real estate agents and brokers with qualified buyers and sellers. We are not a brokerage and do not participate directly in real estate transactions. All transactions are handled by licensed professionals affiliated with our network.
3. Services Offered
We provide the following services:
- Verified buyer and seller lead referrals
- Exclusive area assignments
- Paid lead generation campaigns
- Listing and marketing support
- Optional virtual assistant services for real estate tasks
Referral fees are applicable only upon successful closing, as outlined in the selected service plan.
A2P Messaging Program Terms
As part of our service offering, users may opt in to Lead Trade Network Alerts, our messaging program that provides SMS updates regarding:
- Referral notifications
- Appointment confirmations
- Buyer/seller lead activity
- Promotions and service-related messages
You may cancel SMS notifications at any time by replying “STOP.” After confirmation, you will no longer receive messages unless you re-enroll. For help, reply “HELP” or contact:

Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by plan and user activity. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For details on how your information is used, refer to our Privacy Policy.
4.Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a valid real estate license (for agents or brokers)
- Agree to the Referral Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations
5. Fees and Payment
Pricing is available on our website under the “Plans” section. All annual plan payments are collected upfront and are non-refundable, unless covered under our Refund or Reimbursement Policy. Add-ons, such as virtual assistants or extra zip codes, may incur additional monthly or hourly fees.
6. Communication Consent
By using our services, you agree to receive communications from us via email, SMS, and phone. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe mechanisms provided or by contacting our support team.
7. Content Ownership and Use
All content on the Site, including logos, images, text, and media, is the property of Lead Trade Network LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited without written permission.
8. Lead Data & Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all user and lead data as described in our Privacy Policy. Users are expected to do the same. Selling, sharing, or misusing lead data without consent will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.
9. Limitations of Liability
Lead Trade Network LLC is not liable for:
- Disputes between agents and clients
- Inaccuracies in lead information
- Service interruptions or technical failures
- Performance or outcome of referred real estate transactions
10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform or services if a user is found to be in violation of these Terms, the Referral Agreement, or any applicable laws.
11. Refund, Reimbursement & Replacement Policy
We offer the following customer protections:
- 90-Day Refund Guarantee (if qualified)
- Lead Replacement Policy for invalid leads
- First Closing Reimbursement toward service cost

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Denver, CO, in accordance with local arbitration rules.
13. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
