Lead Trade Network LLC operates as a professional real estate referral and infrastructure network. We connect licensed real estate professionals with Qualified Prospects. We are not a real estate brokerage and do not participate directly in real estate transactions. All transactions are managed by licensed professionals affiliated with our network.

3️⃣ Services Offered

We provide a comprehensive business growth ecosystem, including:

• Verified Prospect introductions and referrals.

• Exclusive territory assignments.

• Client acquisition and marketing infrastructure.

• Professional listing and digital presence support.

• Optional Virtual Assistant (VA) services for administrative real estate tasks.

Referral Fees: Performance-based referral fees are applicable only upon a successful closing, as outlined in your specific Partnership Plan.

4️⃣ A2P Messaging Program Terms

Users may opt-in to Lead Trade Network Alerts, providing SMS updates regarding:

• Prospect notifications and appointment confirmations.

• Service-related updates and professional promotions.

Opt-Out: Reply “STOP” to any message to cancel. After confirmation, you will no longer receive messages unless you re-enroll. For assistance, reply “HELP” or contact support. Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5️⃣ Eligibility

To utilize our services, you must be at least 18 years old and, where applicable, hold a valid, active real estate license in your operating jurisdiction. You agree to comply with all local, state, and federal real estate regulations.

6️⃣ Fees and Payment

Pricing for Partnership Plans is available in the “Plans” section of our website. Annual plan payments are collected upfront and are governed by our Refund & Reimbursement Policy. Optional add-ons, such as dedicated VAs or additional territory codes, may incur separate recurring fees.

7️⃣ Data Confidentiality & Professional Conduct

We maintain strict confidentiality of all user and Qualified Prospect data as described in our Privacy Policy. Partners are expected to maintain the same professional standards. Unauthorized selling or sharing of prospect data is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the partnership.

8️⃣ Limitations of Liability

Lead Trade Network LLC is a service provider and is not liable for:

• Disputes between real estate agents and their clients.

• The ultimate performance or outcome of referred real estate transactions.

• Technical service interruptions or third-party carrier delays.

9️⃣ Refund, Reimbursement & Replacement Policy

We provide the following professional protections:

• 90-Day Refund Guarantee (Subject to eligibility criteria).

• Prospect Replacement Policy for unvalidated connections.

• First Closing Reimbursement toward initial service costs.

🔟 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Denver, CO, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
